SylvanFlow Formalises Entry into Nanning's ASEAN Valley OPC Community
NANNING, CHINA — SylvanFlow's China R&D company, Guangxi Ningyuan Technology R&D Co., Ltd. (广西宁源科技研发有限公司), participated in the foreign-invested enterprise project signing programme held on 18 September as part of Nanning's Friendship Cities exchange activities.
The occasion marked the formalisation of Ningyuan's entry into the 南A东盟谷 OPC Community, following SylvanFlow's earlier institutional engagement and the company's establishment in Nanning in July 2026. Founder Aaron Foo (Foo Fang Gui, 符芳桂) attended as a designated signing guest, representing the company's Singapore–Nanning development journey.
A first Singapore-company milestone within the community pathway
SylvanFlow is the first Singapore-registered company admitted into the relevant 南A东盟谷 OPC Community support pathway. This distinction reflects the company's progression from early institutional review and local establishment towards formal participation in the community's ASEAN-facing development programme.
For SylvanFlow, the signing is a concrete institutional milestone, separate from Ningyuan's July legal establishment. Technology validation, commercial pilots and other approvals remain distinct workstreams, each subject to its own review and arrangements.
Continuing a Singapore-led, China–ASEAN development journey
SylvanFlow Pte. Ltd. remains headquartered in Singapore. Its Nanning presence supports continuing research and software-engineering work, local technical engagement and localisation, while the company advances its proprietary operational-intelligence technology.
The signing followed founder Aaron Foo's participation in the OPC Community launch and ASEAN opportunities roundtable on 11 September. Together, these developments reflect the progression from company establishment and early ecosystem participation towards formal community entry and broader institutional engagement.
SylvanFlow will continue pursuing its engineering and regional collaboration objectives through documented engagements and appropriately governed future validation.
